Turquoise provides training focused on creative leadership, a way to lead which inspires, cultivates and ignites atypical, imaginative strategies and solutions to problems that are often a challenge to solve.
We start our engagements by interviewing an organization’s senior leadership, so we understand a company’s goals and strategic initiatives.
In our one-on-one executive coaching sessions, we work with senior leaders to think methodically and consciously, in order to make deliberate choices to ensure impact. Our coaching drives dramatic, measurable results on key performance metrics and milestones.
